01.

Discuss

First of all, we discuss and understand the client’s business. We study their mission, vision, goals, objectives, current business status, and market research conducted if any. We also understand SWOT study, existing marketing strategies, value proposition, existing ad creatives, branding material, and competitor’s study done if any.

02.

Define

Here we define the target audience for our client. It is necessary to fix the target audience profile, target locations, and reach (audience demographics and psychographics). We also work out the advertising budget and revenue expectations, existing online customer touchpoints, similar competitive products, and overall scope of work.

03.

Design

In this process, we design advertising strategies and workout attention-grabbing techniques for our clients.  Our media selection team selects the right advertising mix and suitable ad architecture along with value proposition, visual tone, color pallets, and overall representation. Our core designing work and keyword research happen while keeping the real target audience in mind.

04.

Develop

We develop an action plan and ROAS forecast (Budgeting and Expenses Forecast). Our team creates milestones chart, campaign analysis parameters, KPI, redundancy plan (backup plan), campaign calendar, and ad schedule (place-date-time). We develop campaign performance measurement techniques, and brand touchpoints.

05.

Deploy

We start with pre-advertising research for online and offline ad assets. Then we go live with brand touchpoints like website, social media accounts, business pages, online access points, etc. After this, the campaign mobilization starts, and ad inventory is supplied as the ad campaign goes live. Later webmaster tools and analytics tools are deployed with certain fine-tuning. That is how the overall deployment happens.

Deliver

At the delivery stage, all the online and offline campaigns are supervised and monitored through a dedicated team. Ad architecture performance is monitored on a weekly basis. We examine key metrics from analytics tools. Campaign reporting happens online on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and performance review every fortnight.
